The ERA PW game project (the “Project”) offers users of the Service (the “User”) to enter into an agreement on topping up the game balance and receiving digital in-game items under the terms of this offer.
1General provisions
- 1.1
This offer is accepted by placing and paying for a balance top-up request through the player account or an available payment form on the website.
- 1.2
Paying for a request means the User has read and agrees to the terms of this offer, the project rules and the refund terms.
- 1.3
The Project may change the terms of this offer. A new version takes effect once it is published on the website, unless the text specifies another date.
- 1.4
If one or more terms of the offer become invalid, the remaining terms stay in force.
2Subject of the offer
- 2.1
The User pays for the chosen balance top-up package. The price, the amount of game coins or gold and the purpose of the payment are shown before payment.
- 2.2
Once the payment is confirmed, the Project credits the User with digital in-game items: game coins, gold or another game balance stated in the request.
- 2.3
Player account coins and digital in-game items received from a top-up are intended for use only within the ERA PW game service. They are not money, electronic money, a security or a way to earn income.
- 2.4
Player account coins and digital in-game items cannot be exchanged for real money or withdrawn to a bank card, an e-wallet or any other external payment method.
3Payment and crediting
- 3.1
Before paying, the User checks the chosen package, the payment amount and the game account details.
- 3.2
Digital in-game items are credited after the payment system successfully confirms the payment.
- 3.3
If the payment went through but the game balance was not credited, the User may contact project support. The request should include the account login, the payment date and amount, the payment system and the payment number, if available.
- 3.4
The Project may temporarily suspend crediting or cancel a request if the payment appears erroneous, disputed or fraudulent, or breaks the project rules.
4Refunds
- 4.1
Refund requests are accepted within 14 calendar days of payment.
- 4.2
A refund request is reviewed within 10 working days of receipt.
- 4.3
If the request is approved, the refund is made within 10 working days of the decision.
- 4.4
The refund is made to the same payment details that were used for the payment.
- 4.5
A refund is possible for the unused balance of digital in-game items. If game coins, gold or another game balance have already been spent, the refund may be reduced by the value of the used part.
- 4.6
If the service has been fully provided and the credited game balance fully used, a refund may be declined.
- 4.7
In case of an erroneous or duplicate payment, the User may contact support. Such requests are reviewed under clauses 4.1–4.4 of this offer.
5Rights and obligations of the parties
- 5.1
The User undertakes to provide correct game account details and not to use third parties’ payment methods without their consent.
- 5.2
The Project undertakes to credit the paid digital in-game items after the payment is confirmed, or to review the User’s request if crediting did not happen automatically.
- 5.3
The Project is not responsible for delays caused by a bank, a payment system, an internet provider or other external reasons beyond the Project’s control.
- 5.4
The use of the game balance is governed by the project rules. Breaking the rules may lead to account restrictions.
6Contacts
- 6.1
For questions about payment, crediting and refunds, the User may contact project support at [email protected].
- 6.2
The request should include the account login, the payment date and amount, the payment system, the payment number and a short description of the situation.
- 6.3
This offer is published on the project website and is valid from the moment of publication.
