Penalties for violations apply on all project platforms: the game server, the forum and social media. The penalty depends on how serious and how repeated the violation is, and on the Administration’s decision.
1Communication and conduct in game and social chats

Using profanity in public chats is prohibited.

Sending 3 or more messages in a row at short intervals is prohibited, as is posting several messages more often than once every 3 minutes when public chats are quiet.

Any intolerance based on race, nationality or political affiliation, and encouraging it, is prohibited in public chats.

Sharing the personal data of server players is prohibited.

Stealing other players’ valuables and accounts is prohibited.

Any schemes with in-game currency are prohibited, as is buying or selling game accounts and valuables for out-of-game rewards: cash, cross-server trades and other forms of payment.

Fraud by impersonating another person is prohibited.

Setting up cat shops with misleading names is prohibited: with goods that are not on sale or with a false price. The price of an item in a cat shop must not exceed the price stated in the shop name by more than 50 %.

Blocking other players’ trade by covering their cat shops with game objects is prohibited: Venomancer pets, character models, mounts or characters with cosmetic pets.

Creating characters with the names of ERA PW project staff is prohibited.

5Server bugs and third-party software

Telling players about discovered bugs, dupes, server and update errors or any other non-public information about the server is prohibited.

Using bots and programs that play without a person is prohibited: auto-farming, attacking in a loop, timed clickers, UoPilot and similar.

Exploiting bugs, dupes, vote boosting, server and update errors is prohibited.

Changing, hacking or modifying the game client and using programs that give an advantage is prohibited: speed-up, jump hacks, walking through walls, reading or changing the game’s memory.

Spreading malware and links to resources through which the owner loses control of their account is prohibited.

Using macros where one press starts a chain of actions, a loop or a timer is prohibited. Only simple key binds are allowed, following the rule “one key = one action”: one press starts one action in one window.

Using programs and settings that repeat one press in several windows at once is prohibited.

6Location restrictions
- 6.1
In the open world and in dungeons you may play as many windows as you control yourself. In Gui Mu one person may play no more than 3 windows.
- 6.2
One person does not take part in competitive modes with several characters. In the Aurora Arena, the Dynasty Battle and other competitive modes, a person controls only one character within one fight or event, solo or in a group. Controlling two or more characters at the same time is prohibited regardless of the number of accounts, devices, network addresses and connection methods. Exceptions for several real players sharing one connection are possible only with prior approval from the Administration.

Each player controls their own character and takes part in the chosen mode in good faith. In competitive modes they fight to win and act in their team’s interest. Prohibited: bots, automating a second character, handing over control to bypass restrictions, fixed results, trading wins, deliberate losses, inactivity, sabotaging your own team, scouting with a second character, queuing several controlled characters at once, and gaining extra points, rating or rewards through such actions.

Responsibility lies with the organizers of a violation, knowing participants and those who benefited from it. A random ally, weak play, a one-sided fight or a single disconnect do not by themselves prove a violation. The Administration decides based on the full history of participation, player actions and other available data. Results obtained through violations may be cancelled, rating and points reset, and rewards removed.

Bypassing window limits through virtual machines, a second computer, other people’s accounts, VPN and the like is prohibited.
